With a passion for skateboarding since the age of twelve, Austin knew then that he wanted to become a professional skater. Realizing his dream in 2003, Austin earned his first pro model board from Ed Templeton’s company Toy Machine Skateboards and, in the decade that followed, would leave his mark on the culture and style of the sport.
Austin retired from professional skateboarding in 2012 and went on to build a successful career in the action sports industry, specializing in creative direction, media production, marketing, and project management.
Today, Austin’s passions continue to be the driving force behind his personal and professional endeavors that extend beyond the world of skateboarding.
